I hold the position of UX Team Leader for the Curriculum Learning Systems (CLS) at Sanoma Learning, focusing on Secondary education. In this role, my responsibilities encompass coaching and line management for a team of 5 UX designers situated in different countries and SCRUM teams. In addition to my role as Team Lead, I actively contribute to the UX design of our CLS systems.

During my studies, I founded Morgen Media, a company specializing in website and graphic design services for small businesses, associations, and individuals.

Coosto is a Social Media Management tool that assists in content creation and social media marketing. As a UX/UI designer, my primary responsibilities included conducting user research, facilitating workshops, designing UX/UI interfaces, creating prototypes, and conducting usability testing. I worked closely with Product Managers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the design process.

Performation provides hospitals with a range of software solutions encompassing capacity management, financial management, care activity registration, and data analytics. Within Performation, I held the role of Chapter Lead UX/UI, responsible for ensuring optimal user experience and interface design across the applications. Additionally, I took on the role of Lead Designer for certain projects and was involved in project management for both UX and non-UX initiatives. Furthermore, I actively contributed to enhancing the overall Customer Experience and was responsible for coaching and line management of two other UX/UI designers.

HOTflo Company specialized in capacity management solutions for hospitals. In my role at HOTflo, I was responsible for designing UX/UI interfaces and implementing them in the front-end using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. In 2018, HOTflo merged with Performation.

I completed the ICT & Media Design programme at an advanced pace by starting a fast track programme during my secondary vocational education (MBO). I finished this study with a cum laude assessment, and I also received the thesis prize for my final dissertation.

At the Sint Lucas school in Eindhoven, I took the Interactive Designer (media designer) course. I have completed this course with a cum laude assessment.
